For technical repairs — AC, electrician, plumbing, appliances — the professional visits, diagnoses the issue, and gives you a quote. If you're happy, confirm and pay the vendor directly. If you're not happy with the quote, you pay only a small fixed visit charge, which is shown in-app before you book the slot.
E Building is built INTO your society app. The pros we assign have already been vetted by other residents in your society or nearby communities. No cold-start problem. Your address is pre-verified. Payment is smoother.
Yes. Aadhaar is verified digitally via DigiLocker before any pro is onboarded. You can see their rating, number of jobs completed, and resident reviews.
Since no payment is taken upfront, there is nothing to refund. If a pro misses their slot without rescheduling, you can cancel the booking at no cost and rebook at priority. Rate and flag the pro in-app — every report is reviewed and affects their listing status.
No. Any resident can download the E Building app and book home services independently — your society does not need to be on the platform. Society software and home services are separate products; you can use either or both.
